Doraemon, You Dirty Whore!
I always knew Doraemon was a whore for cash. Just you watch, he’s gonna get caught up in chasing fat stacks and forget poor little Nobita-kun, leaving him to his loser destiny, likely blowing guys in some Roppongi basement bar just to scrape by.
I Facebooked this photo and a friend of mine asked, “What does a cat/seal/fish-looking thing have to do with Chicken McNuggets?”
To which I replied, “What the hell does Chicken have to do with McNuggets?!”

A big question when you’re itching to read a light novel or manga in Japanese is where you can order it from. If you live in Japan, you can just walk to the closest bookshop and get whatever you want. But not all of us are so lucky. Personally I live in Europe, and while there are local stores that sell literature in Japanese, they don’t have much to offer, and what there is can be quite expensive.

Maybe the packaging is a subtle attempt to inform us that the real ingredient of “Chicken” “Mc” “Nuggets” is catfish?

Haha, yeah it’s obvious spam. I’m leaving it in as a little keyword experiment to see how beneficial it is to leave relevant spam comments up.
Nothing subtle about the packaging… It just says, “Look who whored himself out this time, bitchez!” Whatever… I mean this is the country where musicians’ careers are started with the intention of marketing products with their images and music. A culture of whoreism, I’d say.

Subtlety while whoring is not something the Japanese do well.
They attatch Beatles songs to cars drinks what the fuck ever and their is rarely ANY lyrical connection. I don’t think it dawns on them??
Like in America…the “I can see clearly now” song during a contact lens commercial. I often DON’T see any connection to product by song over here. Do they even give a fuck?
Speaking of whores…sadly since I like him….the fucking whore!!
